Returns and Refund Policy

We have a two weeks return policy, which means once we receive your order you have two weeks to request for a refund. We will then e-mail you instructions on shipment within 48hrs.

Once you receive the e-mail, the item must be shipped within 14days for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item (s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. They must not be washed, free of pet hair and debris, pin marks and not altered. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not returned in their original condition will be denied a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved for a return, use your preferred track-able and insured shipment method. Keep a record of your shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, the full amount. Please remember it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
